Weekends

To me no longer link weekends as kai kai anymore....due to the increase of H1N1 cases we try to avoid going to shopping centres and crowded places...

So this weekend, mama dig store room to look for things for me to play to occupy my time, if not most of the time my eyes will be glued to a small square box called TV.

Mama found this art and craft things for me to play and also found my long lost bubble machine which se bought for more than 2 yrs...I did the art and craft with mama in the morning then we went out for pizza at our neighbourhood pizza shop. I enjoyed eating pizza but I think mama's pizza taste better than this show. In the afternoon before my naptime I went and play bubbles with my friends. Initially I wanted to play with my "girlfriend" Jia Rae but too bad she is not feeling well, I was so dissapointed that I actually teared...mama then took me to find Zheng Ping, Zheng Kai and An Tong to play with me. Thank God we were there earlier cos there were about to go out. Auntie Sandra was nice enough to let them pay with me for awhile more before going out.

FATHER AND SON BONDING

During this whole school holiday I really spend a lot of quality time with my papa. On weekdays morning papa will bring me to the playgrounds, bring me for groceries shopping, to the library and sometimes to church. At night when papa has no tuition, he will brush my teeth, read for me and put me to sleep...bo pian cos now by 9pm mama's eyes cannot open liao.

Last friday night papa even brought me to church for prayer meeting, hehe only the 2 of us, mama and jie jie stay at home...papa ask mama to sleep cos he will shower me and settle me in to sleep...mama was so worried that papa can't handle me...so she ended up waiting for us to come back...am go glad that mama was not asleep cos I start to miss her liao...

Today papa is bring me to the zoo...together with Auntie Shauna and 8 other kids from church...

Mama you must learn to let go...I'm ok with papa and am in good hands...papa really did a good job!!! You better rest well cos you really need it.

BBQ at my "Garden"!!! (13th June 2009)

Mama has been craving for BBQ for the past 1 week....so she decided to use her induction cooker and grill pan to do BBQ for tonight's dinner.

Mama and papa went to Giant t get the grill pan and some marinated meat....we had steak, chicken and mine is special teriyaki chicken. They also bought some sushi from Giant. Jie jie made some salad and for dessert we had jelly...

I enjoyed eating outside of our house cos more air, breezy and windy...looks like mama likes it very much too...so very soon we will see more photos of our dinner at "our concrete garden".

Few days ago, 3ee sent to mama 2 photos taken during my last visit to her house..she forgot to give it to mama...I like the photo I took with Daryl kor kor...so nice...hehe I'm flying...

INCREDIBLE HULK

Dear mummy, don't make me angry, you won't like it when I'm angry....(this line sounds familiar right???)

On 5/6, I was throwing tantrum, refuse to eat dinner, keep crying away...mama was very angry that she decided to walk out of the house to breath some fresh air... well it didn't help cos i cried even louder...i think will the whole Balam estate can hear...

I was so angry that I kept kicking the door...end result : I spoilt the "lower cover" of the door!

Sorry mama...I can't help it and I can't control myself!!!! Now mama will have heachache how to repair it or use what to replace it....any suggestions???

GERMS, VIRUS, BACTERIA - ALL GO AWAY!!!

What's happening??? I'm been sick for almost 3 weeks liao...started off with a bit of cough...then my cough develop further with flu and fever, and now this week I'm down with diarrhea (LS) and fever....my poor mama is down with flu and cough...and my Mary jie jie is recovering from Shingles....aiyoh, one after another...mama really headache ah...

Yesterday LS was bad....LS more than 4-5 times, and I cannot eat anything...just drink water and drink 100plus. Poor mama even though sick still have to take care of me cos I'm very sticky to her...thank God at night, papa took over to sponge me so that mama can rest as she needs to go to work on Monday.

See now I have 瓜子脸, already...no longer the "fat fat" me...

These photos were taken when I was slightly better, that's why you see I still can smile to the camera but still too weak to walk about.

Few of my Conversations with mama

1) "Mama please take off your glasses"....then I look into mama's eyes closely...guess what I ask my mama..." Mama, why am I in your eyes???" Mama's reply "Because I love you so much, that's why you can see yourself in mama's eyes"...then mama tested on me by asking me the same question. My reply "Because I love you very much also mah"....sweet conversation right???

2) Watching Tv together with mama, so happen there's kissing scene...mama quickly change channel...then I asked mama, why are they kissing....mama said because they love each other very much...then I quickly run to mama and kiss her and say I love you too....

3) I'm now a TV variety show addict liao, everyday I'll ask mama "What's on TV today??? Ninja Warrior, AmazingRace, 爸爸当家，又管我去哪里???

4) I was having stomachache, so mama rub my stomach for me, then mama beat my stomach to see is there a lot of wind....guess what I say "mama, cannot beat!"...when mama asked why??? then i'll say " cos Jesus is inside of me"...Amen at least he knows Jesus is in his heart!!!

It's Sun, we suppose to go to church but ended up my whole family skipped church. Why skipped church, well papa was not feeling too well, he felt that he is getting a sore throat, me coughing, mama still feeling lousy...result, all quarantine ourselves at home lor...

Mama tried to find some activities to occupy my time, so best activities is to do painting...tis time round I learn spraying with old toothbrush and straw blowing. But the straw blowing wasn't a good idea cos I was having cough, was panting away, so end up doing painting with straw.

At least all this things occupied my morning....hehe...

23th May 2009 - Parents Teacher Meeting

This is the 1st time mama attending such meeting, a so call formal meeting. Too her it's a fruitful meeting. She manage to check more with teacher on what is being taught in school, how's my perfomance and behaviour.

The meeting was rather brief cos I was in this new school (less than 1 month to be more exact around 15 days). But teacher say that I have a tremendous improvement since the day I join till now. Mama was so impressed that the school did a portfolio file for me showing all those photos of the things I did in school.

Teacher commented that I adapted well in the school and learning all the rules and regulation in the school. The only problem I have in school is that I'm involved with some small fights with some friends...mama immediately name out 2, Isaac and Roman. Each time I fight with my friends I'll tell mama...so mama is very familiar with this 2 name...a new name Denzel just pop up cos he is now sitting next to me...Mama also met my Korean classmate, Byung Kyu (in short called BK).

Mama regretted that she didn't bring her camera along, if not she can show more of the school surrounding and share with you all.

These are some of the books and workbook for my Chinese...mama suppose to teach me on those lesson that I've missed earlier...all the best mama...I hope not the blind lead the blind ah cos mama's Chinese also half pass six.

Updates

Lately my mama has been acting strangely, every time she will feel like vomitting, then she told me she cannot carry me any more, reason :- cos I'm very heavy now, I also cannot lie on her stomach and she very scared hit on her tummy...lately also lesser activities for me on weekends liao cos she is always very tired and like feeling "sick"...what happen to my mama leh???

Then one day she told me...I'm going be a kor kor soon...there's a baby in her "tummy". I open up her blouse and look for it but can't find leh...her reply to me : very soon you can see baby liao...now still cannot see cos baby still very small...Every night she will ask me to pray for baby, I will also kiss and sayang baby. Mama asked me whether I want a mei mei or didi...told mama I want a mei mei but at times I'll say I want a didi...

Don't mind a mei mei or didi, as long he or she is strong and healthy can liao. I also pray that mama will not feel so sick anymore...every time when mama make those nausea sound it makes me very concern over her. Mama...JIAYU!!!!

I did a flower in school to give to my mama for Mother's Day present. Mama is so happy to see my nice flower...

OFFICIALLY - I'M A STUDENT OF BETHEL KINDERGARTEN

4th May 2009...some changes in my life...officially I have changed to another school for my Nursery Class. I'm now an official student of Bethel Kindergarten. The other changes is I no longer walk to school but I'll be taking school bus to school....

I'm so happy when mama told me that I'll be taking school bus to school...the only disadvantage is that I have to wake up very early every morning cos the school bus will pick me up at 7.40am. One my 1st day, mama was worried that I would want her to go in the bus with me...but to her surprised, I was so happy to do it on my own...when I got in the bus, I just smile and wave goodbye to her...well looks like mama's little boy has grown up liao...

No worries mama, I'll be fine on my own!!!

RUBBER BAND

Well lately I'm very into rubberbands...I just love to play with rubber band....hehe and I'll pretend to shoot people.

Well last sunday, it backfired on me...I was playing the rubberband and put is around my knee. On the other hand I was pulling it and then I also ask mama to pull my hand. Mama didn't know that the rubber band was hook on my knee...guess what??? the rubber band snap...wow...PIAK...really loud one..so you can imagine how strong the impact was...let the picture tells the result of the "PIAK" sound.

Mama felt so bad and kept apologising to me...hehe actually it's not fully mama's fault lah...

Guess what after this incident, I'm still not scared and still very into rubber band....

LABOUR DAY

Yeah!!! Today mama is not going to work, I'm not going to school and papa has no tuition in the morning...it's a PUBLIC HOLIDAY....

Today we will have our Family Day...mama told papa that we should planned healthy lifestyle outings once a week instead of just going shopping or eating. So mama proposed that today we shall go for a walk at East Coast Park.

We woke up very early in the morning, went to the market and ta pau our breakfast...then papa drove us to East Coast Park. We had our breakfast there and then went for a walk...a good sweatout for me cos I really run a lot.

We had a good Family Day, it may be short but it's definetely sweet....hehe and sweat too!!!
