BREAKFAST

Today jie jie made hard-boiled egg for me for breakfast. Well it's also hard earned breakfast for me. Jie jie knows that I know how to peel egg shell already, so she passed me an egg with shell and asked me to peel it myself (of course under supervision....to make sure I peel all the shell before eating)....It's more like a Practical Life skill for me.!!!



It's rather unfair leh cos mama's breakfast set looks much nicer than mine leh...haha probably because mama knows I'm not so much of a breakfast person. So she didn't prepare a full complete breakfast for me...will show you mama's breakfast bento here!

20th September 2008 - HIPPO RIVER CRUISE

Last week was airplane in the air, this week will be boat on the sea....hehe more of a river!!!!

I woke up early in the morning asking mama to go airport to see airplane but mama told me this week we will be going for a boat ride.

Mama suppose to meet Auntie Fanny and 2 jie jies, Michelle and Yasmeen at Central but we end up meeting in the MRT. We will be taking the Hippo River Cruise, a 30 mins cruise along Singapore River. Till end of September there's an offer whereby adults only pay $9.00 (kids's price) and it's free for me.

Nice breeze blowing at us and we had a fun boat ride. What I saw???? Tall buildings, Esplanade, Merlion, Singapore Flyer, many bridges and parade boats cos it's Singapore River Festival now!

Quite a nice experience for me!!!

After that we walk to Central Fire Station to see fire engines again...the last time I went was with a girl now this time round is with 2 girls...hehe....hey where are all my "boy" friends????

Mary jie jie's "2nd" Birthday

This is they 2nd time Mary jie jie celebrated her birthday with us....mama bought a Frozen Strawberry Cheese cake...yummy...I love it!!!

Dinner Bento

Mama felt bad cos for many weeks she didn't prepare nice and special food for me liao....So on Sunday she cracked her head to think of what to cook for me. I think she run out of ideas liao, me ended up with pasta again. But no matter what, I must learn to appreciate. I even saw wow when I saw the food....(actually I say wow to the presentation...hehe...)

Weekend Activities (13/9/08-14/9/08)

This whole weekend I have a few activities all planned for me already, a lot of celebrations and 1 farewell.

FAREWELL

On Saturday morning, I woke up very early around 6+. Mama told me to quickly drink my milk and wash up cos we need to rush to the airport to send Uncle Sammy, Auntie Shareen and Jed kor kor off. There will be migrating to Perth. We need to reach there before 8am cos their flight is at 9.05am. Met a lot of "long time no see" uncles and aunties. We had breakfast together at Burger King. After sending them off, mama took me to the viewing mall cos she promised to bring me go and see aeroplanes...Wow so many aeroplanes, some parked there, some took off and some landed. I told mama I want to take aeroplane...Mama remember ah...bring me sit aeroplane ah!!!

FULL MONTH PARTY

Mama took me to Auntie Sandy's house to attend Esther mei mei's full month party. Mama told me that Esther mei mei is my "god sister"...i don't what she meant but I had fun playing with Ernest. Mama was too busy eating and carrying baby Esther till she forgot to take any photo...When we hopped unto a bus then only she remember her camera...well since there's nice Deepavali deco, we sat on the higher deck of the double deck bus to have a better view.Took a few photos in the bus.

MID AUTUMN FESTIVAL

I had 2 mid autumn celebration over the weekend, one on Saturday and another on Sunday. On Saturday, mama together with Ms Koh and some aunties organised one party by the canal. Had fun cos got kor kors and jie jies to play with me. We played candles, sparkles and lantern. Mama and aunties prepared quite a lot of food...we had kueh kosui, salad, mooncake, mini yam, peanuts, crackers, fried bee hoon, pomelo, chinese tea and soft drinks. Papa came down and join us for awhile.

On Sunday, mama had a mini party just outside of our house. My friend John supposed to come but due to some miscommunication they didn't turn up. Mama invited my another friend Damian to join me playing sparkles and lantern. Damian's didi Dylan also came and join the fun. Mama prepared jelly, mooncake, pomelo and chinese tea while Auntie Sim Hoon sponsored 2 yummy ice cream mooncake. We had fun playing and running about. After that we went down and join the rest of the children in the neighbourhood to play lantern at the playground.

Mid Autumn Celebration is FUN!

Visit to Jolin's House (6th September 2008)

Mama told me that we are to Jolin's house. She asked me to help to make some jellies for her and Auntie Jenny. So me all ready with my stool, I help to scoop the cocktail fruits one by one into the jelly tray...made with love for my friend. Of course the jelly is not cooked by me lah...I only help in the preparation nia.

We reached Jolin's house around 2pm. Auntie Jenny cooked curry chicken for mama. I didn't eat cos I can't take spicy food but mama said it's nice. Jolin shared her toys with me and we also did painting together. After that we went to the playground and play. I left around 4+ to 5pm, but Jolin was very sad to see us leave. She cried when we left...Jolin, don't worry I'll visit you again!
